How dark can I tint my windows in California?

California requires the front side windows to let in at least 70% of light, and only the top 4 inches of the windshield can be tinted. Rear side and back windows can go darker. We will help you pick a shade that looks great and stays legal.

What is the difference between carbon and ceramic tint?

Both block 99% of UV and are non-metal, so they will not interfere with your phone, GPS or toll tag. HITEK Carbon IR rejects about 62% of infrared heat at 5% shade with a deep black look. HITEK Ceramic IR rejects about 75%, so your cabin stays cooler.

How long does a job take?

Window tint is usually done in a few hours. Wraps and paint protection film take longer depending on coverage. We give you a time estimate with your quote.

Do you tint homes and businesses?

Yes. Besides cars, we install window film on homes, offices and storefronts to cut heat, glare and UV and to add privacy.
